No matter the time of day, we care about your pet’s wellbeing! During open hours, our clinic is available to help. The emergency may not be life-threatening; however, your pet may need to be seen prior to an open appointment time. For your pet’s health and safety, we will do our best to fit you in if our schedule allows. If your pet needs to be hospitalized after we see them, we will need to refer them to a specialty or 24 hour facility for overnight care.

In the case of an emergency during normal clinic hours, please call us at 815-476-9500. We ask that you call first so that we can evaluate your situation and prepare for your pet’s particular emergency.
